Audhe Industries is an ISO 9001:2015 certified aluminium casting manufacturer, supplier and exporter in Coimbatore, India. We produce gravity die castings, sand castings and pressure die cast components in LM2, LM4, LM6, LM24 and LM25 alloys, as-cast or CNC machined, with every casting OES spectrometer verified and inspected before dispatch.
Audhe Industries manufactures aluminium castings at its foundry in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, from simple brackets and housings to complex multi-core components for automotive, hydraulic, general engineering and export customers.
Most of our production is gravity die castings (GDC parts), made by pouring OES-verified aluminium alloy into permanent steel dies. Gravity die casting gives better mechanical properties and a cleaner surface than sand casting, without the high tooling cost of pressure die casting. We also produce aluminium sand castings and pressure die castings, depending on the design, volume and alloy.
As well as our standard range, we make custom and OEM aluminium castings to customer drawings, supplied as-cast or with in-house CNC machining. Overseas buyers sourcing aluminum castings from India receive a Certificate of Conformance (COC) with every shipment, with PPAP and material test certificates on request.
Permanent steel die, gravity pour — best for LM4, LM6, LM25 medium-high volume
Lowest tooling cost, highest design flexibility — all LM grades
Every incoming batch spectrometer-checked before entering production
Certificate of Conformance, PPAP, MTC on request

Each grade is chosen for its castability, strength, corrosion resistance and application. If your drawing specifies an ASTM or JIS grade such as A356, A380, A413 or ADC12, the matching LM equivalent is shown below. Our engineers advise on the best grade for your component at no charge.
General automotive parts, motor housings, brackets. Excellent fluidity for thin-wall pressure die casting.
Good castability with better strength than LM2. Valve bodies, pump housings, manifolds by gravity die or sand casting.
High silicon, excellent corrosion resistance. Marine, general engineering and food equipment castings.
Best choice for high-volume pressure die casting. Automotive, electrical and consumer products.
T6 heat treatment gives UTS 280MPa+. Aerospace, defence, structural and hydraulic applications.
Good combination of castability and mechanical properties for general engineering applications.
We offer three aluminium casting methods and choose between them based on your component design, production volume and alloy grade. We recommend the best method during our DFM review.
Also called permanent mould casting. Molten aluminium is poured by gravity into a reusable steel die, giving better mechanical properties and surface finish than sand casting. Most of our aluminium castings are GDC parts. Ideal for LM4, LM6 and LM25 in medium-to-high volume.
Aluminium poured into sand moulds, with the lowest tooling cost and the most design flexibility. Best for prototypes, complex shapes, large components and low-volume aluminium casting. All LM grades suitable. Pattern lead time 3–6 weeks, with no die tooling investment.
Molten aluminium injected at high pressure into a steel die, giving the fastest cycle times, thinnest walls and best dimensional accuracy. Used for LM2 and LM24 (ADC12 / A380) in automotive, electrical and consumer products at high volumes.
From automotive aluminium castings to pump and valve bodies, these are the components we most often cast and machine for OEMs in India and abroad.
Housings, brackets and structural parts in LM25 and LM24 for automotive OEMs.
Aluminium pump housings, valve bodies and manifolds, typically in LM4 or LM25.
Aluminium motor housings and electrical enclosures by pressure die or gravity die casting.
Machined aluminium castings for hydraulic systems, textile machinery and industrial equipment.
Corrosion-resistant LM6 (A413) sand and gravity die castings.
T6 heat treated LM25 (A356) castings where strength and consistency are critical.
Our foundry in SIDCO Industrial Estate, Coimbatore, supplies OEMs across Tamil Nadu and the rest of India. Its location in the heart of South India's engineering belt keeps lead times short for manufacturers in Chennai, Hosur, Trichy and Bengaluru.
For overseas buyers looking to source aluminium castings from India, we handle export packing and documentation, and ship to more than 30 markets. You get one supplier for casting, machining and inspection, at cost-effective Indian manufacturing rates.
